Good rate for the location near Tower Bridge area. Right next to supermarket, bars, restaurants within easy walk. A little worn and tired in my room. Hotel wifi (at least where i was) was unreliable and had frequent drop-outs during Zoom calls. Staff were friendly and helpful to the extent that they could help.

One night, just needed bed for the night. Was very nice room, needed little support from staff but those we met were friendly and welcoming. Tea, coffee, water very welcome. Good location for our needs.

The heating in the hotel is not enough, luckily the quilt is warm enough. The shower gel was running out, but they didn’t refilled it after reminding in the morning. Location is good.

Safe, clean hotel

Great hotel. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The room was clean, spacious, and the complimentary water, hot chocolate and biscuits was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Hotel is quite new but very basic dont bother paying for a terrace room its basically a shared roof on the first floor other rooms can come to the doors not secured. They have a bar but it cloaes early ... very comercial no wardrobes just open hanging desks at head boards bery weird no parking loads of small anoying faults. The Marriot down the street is better and same price +/-

Staff has been extremely pleasant, the breakfast had quite a variety and it will be missed, Will keep this hotel on our list of favourite places to stay as the amenities available were fantastic and ensured our stay was a lot more comfortable.

Room good, hotel facilities basic, not really 4*

The room was a good size and comfortable but the hotel facilities are very basic and not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. There is no bar or restaurant/room service at all expect for breakfast, which given this is a VIP property and is advertised as coming with 20% off food and drinks during the stay is misleading given we couldn’t even get any food or drink to use it on. I asked for ice one evening and was told it would be brought up to the room and it took over 30 mins so we couldn’t relax or get changed in the meantime. We then had a mandatory room service charge when we checked out which we weren’t informed about when booking or on hotels.com which isn’t good given the main service we had was poor.
