Updated rooms desperately needed

Great location, great food but very dated rooms. The beds were hard and the cleanliness wasn’t the best. There was a pube stuck to the back of our bathroom door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also despite it not being hot outside, it was still like a furnace inside.

Great location overlooking the Heath. Short walk to Village and train station. Wifi connection was dreadful. Reception area outdated but staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was extremely compact but spotless clean. Rooms need updating. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory.

We were in room 315 and the shower connection needs looked at as water flowing out not through head and reducing pressure. Otherwise everything was fine and the staff were lovely
