Would highly recommend this hotel. It's a little on the pricey side but well worth it. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and staff was great and helpful. The location is in a great location.

Staff were courteous but not friendly and guests treated very much as income producers. Very expensive at £600 per night but room was small and outlook very poor. On day 3 we returned to the room at 3.45pm to find that it still had not been made up even though checkins began at 3pm and we were forced to go for coffee until 4.30pm. No apology, merely a "we are busy". The doorman was rarely in evidence and other staff just watched us struggle with luggage. In essence a second rate hotel at first rate prices. Many nearby hotels offer much better value

It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining and site seeing tours. Room very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Gym is new (didn't have a choice to use it). The Dandy Bar was good as well.
