Not yet fit for purpose

Great location, great idea, but just not quite there yet. The good: Great location, staff were helpful, capsule itself was clean, well lit and inviting with power and USB A and C charging. There were plenty of toilets and showers. The bad: I didn’t sleep well at all. Partly because of the noise of the fan and partly because the fan didn’t seem to do a good job! It was too hot then too cold then too hot again. There wasn’t too much other noise but it definitely was not soundproof in any way. There is no towel provided - though allegedly you can rent them for £5 but I didn’t see where. Your capsule does not lock. So you need to either bring or buy a padlock. Nightmare. There isn’t enough room in your capsule to store much really - bag etc - I just about fitted my shoes in at the bottom of one side of the bed. The addition of some storage for these items would make a huge difference. The location itself was difficult to find as the building is being refurbished. There were just too lifts for 100s of people so I took the stairs - thankfully I was on floor 2, not floor 5. Overall, it’s cheap which is good, but in my view it is not yet fit for purpose. I won’t be staying again.

Really enjoyed my stay here and how fast it was to check in and out. I'm a small person so the capsule was a perfect size. Wish they cleaned the bathroom more often considering how many people use it. Also, they should tell you to bring a padlock to lock your capsule from the outside when you go out. Amazing location, and I felt very safe with the security checking key cards at the entrance. Would stay here again!

There was always a member of staff in the reception area and staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a female only dorm, which was clean and quiet. The toilets were also clean. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The location was great and the building had free WiFi. The cocoon was clean and seemed quite soundproof (I didn't hear anything from my neighbours). There's also a fan to circulate clean air. This was a great cheap option to sleep and leave my belongings somewhere safe during my trip. Tip: Bring a padlock to lock the cocoon while you're out. If you forget, they sell them at reception.

Everything perfectly new & clean. Great online experience & support, minimal staff on site. Must bring your own lock if you want to secure your capsule. Bring flip flops to get to/from shared facilities & towel(!) …and learn how to get dressed and undressed in a horizontal position! 😆 unbelievable value but found it a bit noisy listening to at least 30 other capsule users on my corridor faffing with the capsule catches - bring good ear plugs.
One of 4 or 5 capsule corridors on each floor.
