Please see my message sent to Travelocity's Customercare during my check-in night: Hotel does not match our details? with the following message: 'Our stay so far has been disastrous. We were not put into a Handicap Accessible room. We were put into a No_smoking room that wreaked of smoke. The Internet that was advertised was not accessible. When we went to use the bathroom, we found that the room's rug is completely soaked. This is NOTHING like what we expected.

Didn't like wadded gum covering the door peephole. Missing a clothes rack to hang clothes up on. Missing top drawer of clothes drawer.

Although the room was clean it smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom fan was very noisy.

The room deodorizer the was sprayed to cover the smell was overwhelming. The shower exhaust fan was not working. Mold on bottom of shower door. Holes in bathroom. I do have to say the bed was clean.
