Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. This place was perfect!!! We had a Blast hanging out on the Patio and being so close to the beach. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and Steve did something special that we didn’t expect. We went to use an umbrella on the beach and found that it had been left broken. I texted Steve to let him know and before I got back to the beach house there was a new one at the front door. Amazing guest service.

This is a beautiful home and property located in a great area of Long Beach/Belmont Shore/Peninsula/Naples Island. My wife grew up in this area and staying here put her back in the middle of all her favorite activities, places, and people--such a great stay. Steve is an AMAZING host--he communicates promptly, is very helpful, and even showed up with a vase of fresh flowers just after our arrival. Highly recommend this experience to others!

Great little property! Having your own parking was wonderful, clean home with everything you need for a beach trip. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and minutes to beach. Steve was a wonderful host and communicated great when anything came up.

Steps from the beach! It was a great place for our family who needed a place to relax after lots of sight seeing. The unit is well stocked and maintained. It took us 25 minutes to get to Disney from the unit!

Great get away

We booked this property for some relaxing beach days with our grown children. Location was perfect for walks on the beach, quick walks to restaurants and shops. We had plenty of room and beds for our whole crew. Host was very available and communicated very well. Home was well kept up and relaxing. We would definitely ok again if in this area.

You can’t beat this location. Walk across the street to the beach and rounder the corner to kayaking, paddle boards and bikes and scooters. The beds were comfortable and the master shower was really nice. This home is fully stocked with everything you’d need. The front patio is nice for a bbq dinner. The host is so friendly and nice and is very good at communicating.The only negative critique would be an uncomfortable couch which is quite dirty. The area rug was pretty dirty as well and not vacuumed when we got there. These are minor things and understandable for a beach house that gets a lot of use. We would stay here again if visiting Long Beach. The three bedrooms was perfect for our family. We just threw a blanket over the top for our stay.

We stayed 5 days (two days traveling) and enjoyed our visit. The house was neat and clean with all essentials in place. We did not have to do anything except purchase a few supplies so we could eat most of our breakfasts and lunches at home. The only thing that was somewhat unpleasant was the weather was not as nice as it could have been.

Everything you need

Nice amenities for family of all ages. Well stocked kitchen. Location near small park, ocean and bay beaches allowed endless entertainment for the little ones, even in cool weather. Steve was very responsive to our questions.
