There was no cleaning of the room during my 3 nights stay. I guess it's a trend now to not clean rooms but I was expecting something after the 2nd day. Other than that, it's fine.

Nice location and hotel

Good location, pretty quiet, room was nice, comfy bed. Pool area was very nice. Only minor complaints was there was no USB charger in the room. Was shocked they didn't have this, even budget motels offer this and the Bluetooth phone key to get in the door was glitchy and wouldn't work sometimes which was a hassle oh and no parking but I knew that going in so was prepared for that.

Don't stay here

This hotel is in a very very sketchy part of town and there is no parking, so you have to walk down the streets, that have a lot of unsavory characters hanging around. They have a no refund policy for a reason, no one would stay there if they had a choice. Choose another Hotel

BEST staff. My mom and I visited for 10 days, and the entire staff here is so helpful, kind and hard working. They all deserve a raise, especially Jackie, Tamisha and Ray. Katie also helped us out with a late checkout, and we're so thankful for that. Everybody made our stay here memorable. The hotel is clean, and if you're into pool parties, they have those too once in a while (not every day). The pool and gym are nice. The hotel is also located in a convenient part of LB, with shops and stores within walking distance. It depends what you prefer, though, in terms of location. The hotel prioritized safety and cleanliness. The restaurant within the hotel is also convenient and great. We'd stay at this hotel again.
