It was the little things. No soap dish in bathroom. Only one staff member at night. If there was a problem, the staff member was of limited help. The TV remote was useless. The water dispenser broke with no backup. Probably would not stay there again

We always have a great stay at this hotel. The only complaints I have was the matress of the pullout couch was very uncomfortable and we expected a different variety of food offering for breakfasts however only the waffle flavours changed, other than that it was potatos, eggs and sausage.

Inside hotel, perfect. Just don’t park in the back, they don’t have cameras and they broke my cars windows. I know it’s not so much the hotel, but even the cops that did our report mentioned that it was common in the area especially in the back. If they knew, the hotel knows and they could’ve have said something like hey we recommend parking on the side as we don’t have cameras in the back part of the hotel. They do have the signs that mention they’re not responsible for theft whatever blah blah blah. I get it, but we didn’t think about it, and they could’ve gave recommendations as they are there everyday and from the area. Point is, don’t park in the back!
