When we walked in to this hotel the ceiling was leaking, this hotel was too expensive for what it was. Not well kept and I would never stay here again.

Checkin was very long and inefficient. A/C not working in room, towels were delivered 3 hours after checkin, and to top the one day stay off, thankfully only one day, no hot water at all. Ugh!! But room is clean, great harbor view, restaurants close by. But don’t plan on a shower. We stayed here specifically to get shuttle ride to cruise port. But only one shuttle at 9:00. Way too early. Uber for $10 though. Recommend another hotel folks.

We were lucky enough to get a two room suite, very nice but the AC did not work in the living/kitchen area ands there was no hot water. Shuttle to cruise line was all Ready booked full. Many complaints from others booked. Breakfast buffet was $27.00 that is to expensive. A money grubbing hotel.
