The space
Spectacular two stories, high ceilings home, 2 bedrooms, office space, 2.5 baths, newly remodeled with hardwood floors, and LED recessed lighting throughout.

First Floor:

High ceiling and a bright living room with a beautiful sitting area, an indoor fireplace, and a Piano (for Piano players). LED recess lighting and deem-able Edison lights give you both bright and romantic lighting options.

Second Floor :

Bright family room with a flat-screen TV, Apple Tv, Netflix, Cable TV, and comfortable sectional sofa.

Designer kitchen with bright and white counters, wine rack, big waterfall countertop suitable for dining with 4+2 chairs, custom cabinets, and built-in stainless steel appliances
The open concept kitchen and family room are on the same floor to make you feel that the family is together while doing different activities.

Third Floor:

The stairway leads to an oversized master bedroom, and 2 otger bedrooms. One bedroom is turned to an office space with complete office furniture for those who work from home.(There is an option to turn it to a bedroom with a queen size bed upon request)

The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, an attached bathroom, two nightstands, flat-screen TV, Apple TV, Netflix, and a Mini fridge.
LED Recessed lights and a vintage style chandelier give you bright and romantic lighting options in the master bedroom.

Second bedroom with queen-sized beds, spacious closets, nightstands, LED Recessed lights, and shade lamps.

Third bedroom turned to a complete office space for 2-3 people with high-speed internet is to facilitate your business meetings.(We can change it to a bedroom with a queen size bed)
There is an extra full bath on the third floor for the queen bedroom and the office space.
Guest access
Smart Lock with Passcode gives all guests to have access to the property.
Other things to note
Property should be treated with care, respect, and consideration, as well as all furniture and appliances.
No smoking inside the house, if you smoke outdoors please make sure doors and windows are closed.

Please notify me of any damages prior to departing.

Generally, we allow well-trained pets at the property. We do not allow all pets we need to discuss before the reservation is complete.
Pets can only stay in the living room area, not the bedrooms.

Pets are Not allowed at the pool area.

**No food in the bedrooms. **
Before checking out please turn off all air conditioning units, heaters, and lights.

We recommend renting a car or using Uber/Lyft services.
If you plan to rent a car, there is 1 space in the garage parking at the house and plenty of Free street parking. (FY I: Monday Mornings are street cleaning)
