Awful, Awful I’ve had my employees for my stay here for multiple days throughout the year this time the front desk turned one of my employees away after driving to his establishment for two hours she was rude. She would not be helpful or make any effort which led my employee to drive two hours back home Taryn, has just you lost my business and I literally spend thousands of dollars throughout the year for my employees to stay here

Left review on Google. The room cleaning service was good. Just wasn't too fond of 1/3 washer and dryer were down. 75 dollar deposit for each day and an additional 14 charge for service.

I won’t be staying at this hotel again I tried looking for something clean comfy and convenient for my family and did not like it theirs a $35 dollar parking valet fee for no reason really the parking is literally right next to entrance where we could’ve parked it are self and I got my last receipt and I have all these other fees that I don’t understand that ended up being with parking $45 that’s not fair at all if I already had payed $222 a night with hotel.com And now all these others fees and in the hotel room they literally have a bottle of water for $8 wow !!!

Room was great. Valet parking crept up on us— very disorganized and expensive. Breakfast had good variety but very crowded and hectic— not well organized, ran out of stuff while a big crowd. One of the best rooms ever, though.

The hotel is fantastic. But beware that if you're driving there, vallet parking is MANDATORY! This was an unexpected expense that we weren't planning. The listing makes it seem like vallet parking is available but optional. This is not true. Despite this, and the fact that pool was disappointingly closed, we loved the hotel and would stay here again.
