The staff was awesome!

Clean, comfortable room. The staff was awesome allowing us to check-in after midnight and complimentary late check out. Great restaurants within walking distance, highly recommend!

I give them 3 stars of 5 due to the parking situation. Be aware you have to pay to use the parking spots. I think 35$ night is too much.

Hotel clerk AMAZING, property not so much. There was a bright light shining in my room all night from the window of the restroom. I got up early and left didn't even shower there. I was exhausted from not sleeping due to the extremely bright light. Maybe if i had a different room on the other side i could have rated it better. Like i said the hotel clerk was AMAZING.

It’s ok

Stayed one night. Close to restaurants, shops, and parks. Nice , clean, quiet property. Pool looks inviting. Room looked updated. Carpet was dirty; Long strands of synthetic wig hair was on my socks and blackened them. Sink stopper was broken. Tiny, uncomfortable pillows. Room service delivered by door dash. Dual soap dispenser in shower was unlabeled. Decent for a night.

Good value; friendly staff; nice pool area; pet friendly; great location close to CSU Long Beach; clean, comfortable room. This is our go-to hotel when visiting our daughter at Long Beach State.
