Grand Prix weekend disaster

Pool area was dirty, room service food left outside of hotel room for 2 days, drug paraphernalia in the pool fire pit area. Service was awful over all. Also, 2 hour minimum wait for a hotel guest at Fuego on a Saturday at 7:30P.

My trip was amazing. The whole crew was very sweet but Ash and Daniel really took care of us. The place is gorgeous. If I had to be picky, parking spots were a little small or tight and the TV was kinda hit or miss as far as functionality. Other than that, I was so impressed with the whole experience. Thank you so much.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a somewhat mixed experience. While the room itself was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Specifically, the bathroom floors were dirty, and I had to use my own cleaning supplies to wipe it down myself. It was disappointing to see that the room wasn't properly maintained in that regard. The staff at the restaurant were a bit rude, which was frustrating considering the high prices for food. Speaking of prices, I found them to be overly expensive for the quality and service provided. However, I do want to give credit to the front desk staff—they were very friendly and welcoming during both check-in and check-out, which was a positive touch to my stay. One night, there was a heavy rain, and unfortunately, the rainwater hitting the AC unit outside created a very loud, unsettling noise. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to get a good night's rest. Overall, my experience was decent, but considering the price and cleanliness issues, I don’t think I would return unless improvements were made in those area

We stayed here for my daughter Maya’s 8th birthday after spending the day at the aquarium. The front desk hotel staff went above and beyond to make her feel special! Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the property taking pictures at every “Maya” sign. Property is within walking distance to the Queen Mary. We enjoyed our stay!

Communication Could Be Improved

I was disappointed that I didn't learn that there would be construction on the floor above me at check-in or I would have requested to change my room. The drilling was loud. And I also was frustrated that my building wasn't accessible with a ramp as I had to lug my rolling bag up the stairs to get to the elevator to my room. However, the room was clean and the staff was kind. Travelers should also note that this hotel is off on the other side of the waterway from everything else. When you are driving there it feels like you're going to the giant port over there.

Everything was okay. For the price you pay I’d expect a little more and for check in to be a bit earlier. It seemed for any little reason they wanted to charge some sort of convenience fee. Overall stay was okay.
