Enjoy being less than half a mile from world-famous Nobu Malibu, and minutes from Soho House, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, and the Santa Monica Pier. Cafés, groceries, and local favorites are also close by, making it easy to enjoy Malibu’s best.

The bungalow is easily accessible directly from the Pacific Coast Highway or through scenic canyon routes like Las Virgenes Road, giving you multiple ways to arrive and explore. Reserved parking makes coming and going a breeze.

Guests have full use of their private bungalow and reserved parking space. This retreat is ideal for those working remotely or spending days at the beach and exploring Malibu. Please note the complex does not include a garden, and guests are asked not to linger in the shared common areas.

To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following:

*IMPORTANT* PLEASE READ
We are on a septic system, please ONLY flush toilet paper.
Do not pour or flush the following down any drain or toilet:

Sand

Paper towels

Non-flushable wipes (baby, cleaning, etc.)

Feminine hygiene products

Diapers, condoms, dental floss

Cigarette butts, cat litter, coffee grounds

Pharmaceuticals or household chemicals (paint, oil, gasoline, antifreeze, etc.)

Appliance Use & Sand Policy
No sand in the washer, dryer, toilets, showers, or sinks.

Damage caused by sand in appliances may result in a repair or replacement fee.

Please shake off towels and clothes outside before washing.

Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking home (including tobacco, cannabis, vapes, etc.).

Smoking inside will result in a $500 non-refundable deodorizing fee.

👟 Shoes Off, Please
Kindly remove your shoes when entering the home.

You`re welcome to leave them by the door to keep things clean and comfy.

👥 Guest Policy
No unregistered or overnight guests allowed beyond your reservation.

Violations may lead to cancellation or $100 per extra guest, per night.

🛋️ Furniture & Food
Please do not eat or drink on the living room couch or in the bedroom.

Use the provided coasters for drinks in the living room.

Do not move or drag large furniture — it may damage the floors.

📬 Mail & Deliveries
No mail deliveries accepted unless pre-arranged with us in advance.

📺 Electronics & Supplies
Please do not unplug any electronics or appliances.

Do not open or take home any extra supplies stored in the unit — they are for future guest use.

🐾 Pets
No pets allowed unless pre-approved before your stay.

🗑️ Trash & Cleanup
Use the trash bins provided and do not leave trash sitting in the unit.

Please take trash to the on-site dumpster regularly.

Large or bulky items left behind may result in a disposal fee.

🧹 Checkout Instructions
Please strip used sheets and leave them on the bed.

Used towels should remain in the bathroom.

Leave the space in similar condition as when you arrived.

If excessive cleaning is required, a minimum $75/hour fee may apply.
