Other Things to Note: â¶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
â¶ All guests must be registered before check-in. Unauthorized or unregistered guests are not permitted.
â¶ Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Loud music, shouting, slamming doors, or disruptive behavior may result in penalties and removal from the property.
â¶ Pets are not allowed.
â¶ No parties. Significant noise or gatherings after 9:00 PM will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
â¶ Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas, including the balcony, hallways, and shared spaces. A minimum $250 fine may apply if smoking occurs in violation of these rules.
â¶ Check-in is at or after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 11 AM. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour after 11 AM.
â¶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided. Additional supplies are not provided during your stay.
â¶ Moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fee.
â¶ TRASH: All trash must be securely tied in plastic bags. No loose trash is allowed. Flatten boxes before recycling. Recyclables must go loose into blue-lid bins â no plastic bags. Do not leave trash in hallways, and do not toss anything from windows or balconies. Fines apply for violations.
â¶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins provided. Damage caused by improper disposal will be billed to you.
â¶ The property is professionally cleaned and treated for pests. However, due to the local climate, occasional insects may appear. Please contact us if you experience any issues.
â¶ Personal items may not be stored or left in any shared areas of the building. This includes hallways, stairwells, elevator landings, and fire escapes. Any items found in these areas will be removed without notice. This is a strict fire and safety regulation enforced by the HOA.
â¶ Hanging laundry, signs, or decorations on balconies is strictly prohibited. Clothing lines, banners, or personal displays are not allowed on balconies, windows, or exterior railings. This helps preserve the buildingâs uniform appearance and complies with high-rise safety codes.

Our host was wonderful and communicated well. The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The breeze from the large windows and the views really made it feel luxurious.
