Great service from check in to check out. Double queen room was new and clean. Got a courtyard room which was nice, but next to a sitting area so we were woken up quite a bit. Recommend a 2nd floor room or a room away from outdoor social areas.

I was not impressed upon our arrival to see a sign that indicated that there would be NO hot water. I was also disgusted by the signature on the sign "Warm Regards!" As if the sign indicating that there was compassion from management. I was TOTALLY disgusted! I will never stay at this hotel again. The room was way too small. The Hampton across the street had studio rooms that provided the additional space. Needless to say, I would always pick the Hampton over your hotel.

Nice if breakfast isn’t important

Nice area with restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. The breakfast this hotel offers is truly subpar. No pancakes, no meat such as bacon or sausages. No waffles. It’s really a continental breakfast and it’s also the reason we would never stay at this hotel again.

Loved staying there last year, but I don’t think they’ve kept up their cleanliness standards. This trip had rough/stained towels and felt less safe. The restaurant is still a good spot though. Hopefully they’ll keep doing better. Grateful that they carrying packnplays for the babies.

The hotel was really nice. The outside could’ve been kept up. There was a lot of leaves and dirt and stuff outside our door and around the property and there were a lot of kids that checked in that were annoying but overall it was a great hotel.
