Steps to Ocean Bliss; Entire 1 BD/1 BATH Condo

Get ready to unwind at this beautiful quiet and spacious beachside condo. The beach is one street over and attractions such as The Pike, Shoreline Village, Aquarium of the Pacific, Long Beach Performing Arts Center, and Downtown Long Beach are within walking distance.

Street parking is free but difficult to find outside of business hours (nights and weekends). Unit is centrally located where walking, biking, e-bikes, e-scooters, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft are easily accessible.

Our place is located in the Alamitos Beach area. You will feel relaxed and right at home when you walk into the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, a roomy bedroom, and plenty of storage and closet space.

Bedroom has a queen size bed. A twin rollaway bed and queen air mattress is also available for use.

Unit is located on the third floor with access by an elevator or staircase.

You will have access to the entire unit and building laundry facilities.

Gatherings are not allowed on the premises other than the 1 - 4 guests that are occupying the unit. The building is very quiet. Please help us to keep the quiet environment.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING CONDO/BUILDING AND WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY! Smoking in or around the condo/building will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee.
