I would never stay there again there where stains on the wall. The mirrors look like they had prints on them and never wiped down. Towels in the bathroom where old and falling apart. The furniture had bad water damage and was all splitting and warped. All elevator where down I had to walk to fourth floor with my luggage,and they wanted to photo copy my credit card which I was not ok with. Worst hotel ever

The elevator was broken and I had a room on the 5th floor. They didn't offer to help carry up my bag, they didn't offer a price reduction, nothing.

There was no one at the desk to check me in. I called several times and then had to simply wait until the guy showed up. I left on an early shuttle and tried to fix a cup of tea on the way out. The container for the black tea was empty. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the van drivers were wonderful

We were on the 5th floor and the elevator was broken. Maintenance man was very helpful Shuttle driver was excellent

Available parking is wonderful. No working elevator. Really challenging getting luggage up multiple floors. Shower leaked all the time. Door locked, but the security bar that goes across the door was broken.

The service was poor. I made multiple calls for a shuttle and still ended up waiting over 30 minutes. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check in with. It took about 10 minutes for someone to finally show up. The elevator was not working. The phone didn't seem to work in my room--couldn't call the front desk or get a wakeup call. The room was fine but the property itself was not the greatest.

This property was an older hotel. The phones in the rooms didn't work and the elevator has issues....sometimes not working and when it did was very slow and made horrible noises. The communal areas of the hotel weren't very clean and the rooms needed to be vacuumed better and the windows cleaned. The second visit I had made I was sitting in bed and could see big cobwebs hanging. The only good things I can say are that it was quiet....and the breakfast was substantial.
