Staff does not give me parking pass when I check in hotel around 12:30pm. Before i go to bee at 10pm. I see hotel required to pay $35 for parking. I go to front desk to ask for parking tag. If I don’t have parking pass, my car will be towed then tomorrow I will miss flight since I have to leave at 6am

I had booked the hotel as i saw the airport shuttle facility as i had a parent with wheelchair. I was surprised to learn the wheelchair only operated from 6 am to 10 pm, as this would be unfit for people who have an early morning flight. I felt disappointed as i could not use the services enlisted.

Everything was ok, especially front desk customer service very, very nice. We had an issue with the shuttle driver at the airport, took for ever to pick us up, we got soaked and wet, he passed us by the shuttarea without stopping or anything. I had to call front desk several times. But i gotta say that the customer service at front desk, helped us forget about the bad shuttle service. 👍

Great place. There is east acces to sofi via private buses that will take you to and from the hotel. For 35 bucks a person. Very central location.

Room was fine but hotel claimed to have a shuttle. No one at the hotel.seemed to know when it would arrive ot how long it would take to get to the airport. There was a sign with QR code i waa told to scan. This was useless since it showed positions of a few shuttles but not my location or what routes they would take. The Hampton did not even show up as a stop on the app. After waiting about 40 minutes we decided to take an uber.
