Resort location, cleanliness and hospitality from workers is 5/5. Food was 3/5 but we knew that going into it. Transparency is 0/5 - we book this trip as we were given $750 voucher for resort activities.. when we went to book our acitivites we were told it’s $750 of voucherS that are like $10 off when you spend $600 on scuba diving or stupid stuff like that.

It was okay. Nothing to run out and book again. If I was to book another all inclusive I would do more research. No blanket on the bed, no extra pillows in the room. Had to ask them to restock the mini bar when we were told it would be done every other day. Toilet seat came off. Food was not great. My hamburger was like a hockey puck and when we got our appetizer it was cold at the steakhouse. Really not my go to for my next vacation. The people we met were all very nice. No elevator had to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.

Horrible experience! Will never go back here again! Facilities are falling apart, sunchairs are torn, people and staff are rude, customer service is horrible! Staff expects tips for everything and if you want to get into the steak restaurant make sure u have at least 500MXN to get a table even if there are clear visible tables available or else you will be waiting for hours!

Room was great , hotel was upkept and nice , drinks were fantastic , the santa fe offers a kids club program where they will make certain crafts each day for a few hours , drop off is 9 am to 11 am and again at 3 to 5 , gives the parents a break while the kids also get to play with others their age and make new cabo friends ! My 6 year old barely wanted to hang out with us lol , they have a great adult waterslide park but watch out for the bowl style slide as itll deatroy your back lol , ignore what others have said about theft , this is an honest resort with amazing senioritas and seniors, outstanding customer service. Helpful staff and the entertainment staff is incredible and will get you moving especially the main event host who organizes the dances by the pool and hosts the stage , INCREDIBLE ENERGY from that guy. Were so excited to come back

We enjoyed are stay at the Riu Sante Fe. The staff were friendly, they had activities for all ages. We travelled with kids and adults and there was entertainment for both groups (bull riding, piñata, volleyball and foam parties! The main pool views were amazing, and we spent many hours lounging and swimming. I would highly recommend the resort.

Food in general is good. American country restaurant is surprised us that you can only order one single item at a time. For instance, if you order a soup, you cannot order anything else until you finish the soup, then start another item order. We never see a restaurant in the world ever doing this way.
