Dear guest, First and foremost, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave us your personal opinion about our services. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the time in your balcony with our amazing and unique ocean view, as well as the great time in our pools. On the other hand, we are sorry to know that other smokers did not respect the non-smoking signs and the non-smoking rooms we have. On the balconies and in public areas, in Mexico, it is still allowed to smoke. At the moment we are working in public areas, before official regulations are in place, to separate smokers from people who do not want to be bothered by any smoke. Shortly we will be having designated smoking areas at our pools and also on the seventh floor, where it will be allowed to smoke, and we will restrict people from smoking in the pools and close to restaurants, Also, we are disappointed and apologize for not covering your food expectations during dinner in some of our restaurants.
