The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist with luggage. There were a few things left unsaid when we first got there. If you get the daily resort credit you can use it to upgrade room and check in early. The first staff member didnt tell us but the second lady did. There was also a HUGE helpful concierge guy who helped us tremendously. Highly recommend and if I go to Cabo again, I'll be staying here. Also, dont forget to tip!

The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. There was a wide variety of food options, and everything we tried was delicious, especially the gelato, which was amazing. The nightclub was a fun addition and the DJ played great music. My daughter and I had a wonderful time, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
