Staff were friendly , Showers were awful .....hardly no water comes out of the shower it’s terrible.

At check-in, we were told that a room with a king bed - like our reservation was for - was not available. I had to be persistent and question how that could be a few times before they magically found a room that would be available after cleaning. The room/view were as expected after that ordeal. The location is great. The service at the restaurant/bar by the pool is very slow. It often took 20-30 minutes to get drinks - and we didn't have the all inclusive package.

Had room 522. Had to walk up stairwell and then down a unlit hallway to room facing the loadest disco in town. It blared salsa music through my ear plugs until 4 am. I'll never stay with you guys again. The room is only good for young, agile drunks.

My room flooded during the rains. All the restaurants were closed due to flood except for 1. I paid for all inclusive. Kind of a let down that I only could eat at 1 restaurant.
