This is a distinguished home that is convenient to all things Louisville. Century home with modern updates to kitchen and bathrooms. We were there for only 1 night but would definitely consider it again in the future

The location was easily accessible to the freeway and very close to the airport. Entry was simple and access to grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment was convenient. In addition to the enclosed back yard, there were parks within walking distance, which was good for the children and pets. The updated kitchen was the big draw in the home and with addition of a few items, it was well set up for morning breakfast, baking, and impromptu meals. The rooms found on the top two floors were accommodating for our large extended family, and the upstairs and downstairs tv rooms were well used. The bathrooms on the first and second floor of the three-story home were nice, and the laundry room found inside the master bedroom was a welcomed addition. The host responded quickly to a few questions related to the property and our Christmas vacation went smoothly.

Pipes were frozen for 3 days. Host made promise after promise but never did anything to help. Sent a handyman that told us he knows nothing about plumbing. Said he would give partial refund but just ghosted me. House was drafty, some rooms too hot some rooms freezing cold. Where we were told to park was a illegal to park at when it snowed. Of course it snowed, host said there was nothing he could do. There was no way to turn on lights in one of the bedrooms, told host and nothing was done. First bad review i have ever made. Don’t stay here.
