Stay in the heart of downtown, a short walk from Lake Loveland, local coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. This stylish three-bedroom home pairs a well-equipped kitchen and flexible living spaces with a heated shared outdoor plunge pool, covered patio, fire pits, and a big-screen TV. Fort Collins is 25 minutes away and Estes Park is 40 minutes away.

Unwind in a bright, stylish home with multiple places to gather, work, and relax. The modern kitchen features white cabinetry, concrete-style counters, exposed brick, a five-burner gas stove, and everything you need for meals, smoothies, or cocktails; coffee and tea are provided.

Sleeping and living spaces include:
• A primary suite with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and separate sitting area
• A second bedroom with a queen bed and flat-screen TV
• A third bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, its own en-suite walk-in shower with rain showerhead, and a separate living area with a flat-screen TV and mini fridge
• A second living room with a full pullout sofa and wood-burning fireplace
• A dedicated workspace and crib for guests traveling with little ones

This house was great for our family of 5 (3 teens). Space for everyone, space to be together and for personal time. The girls LOVED the downstairs with big bean bags, tv, bathroom and kitchen area. We all enjoyed and LOVED the heated pool, the outdoor area and propane fire pits. Also, location was perfect for everything. Easy to get anywhere and close to downtown restaurants and shops. I could go on and on but 100% recommend!

Nice house, comfortable beds but the TV in the king bedroom doesn’t connect to the internet. Unfortunately the host missed communication. Otherwise, it was a great location and house. Thanks!
