Indoor Living: Two 75' Flat-screen smart TVs, five 50' Flat-screen smart TVs, one 35' Flat-screen smart TVs all with access to premium streaming channels using your own login credentials. Wi-Fi Provided through Xfinity Fast Internet Services. 5 Board games, ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table, ring toss game and Pacman Arcade Machine.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, cooking utensils, spoons/forks/butter knifes, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, shot glasses. All stainless-steel appliances. Dining table adjacent to kitchen, and kitchen oversees living room.

Bathroom: Fully equipped bathrooms with towels, iron, q-tips, cotton balls, 1 hair dryer available for use and steamer. We always include shampoo and conditioner for every guest in our stay.

Pool: Heated pool adjacent to the living area, watch the TV from the pool, there are safety jackets available for use in all sizes. Backdrop for pictures in swimming pool area. Pool towels for all guests.

General: We have a designated work area, washer and dryer for use in laundry room, keyless entry, large safe box for your belongings, two separate heating and A/C thermostats on opposite sides of the home. Coffee designated area with its wet bar and large Keurig coffee maker! Designated smoking area located in balcony adjacent to entertainment room (Smoking inside is not allowed.) Stroller available for guests use!

Great place. Spacious bedrooms (sets of two). Lots to do in and around the house, both inside and outside. Very comfortable. Lots of staircases if that is an issue. Did not see any checkout instructions and only got the check-in communication after I reached out the morning of our trip. Would highly recommend.

This house was the perfect location for our family reunion! The children and teens loved the game room and the indoor pool. The six bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The three full bathrooms were clean and large. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing!

This house was perfect for multiple family/friends. We had a family wedding and this house served as the main stay for the officiant, DJ, setup crew and all their families. The functionality for individuals to be split up worked well for our needs. We loved all the amenities and the kitchen, bathrooms, game room and pool area was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard provided an extra perk to expand the sitting room. Our only challenged was multiple layer of stairs. Being older, it made us work harder to get luggage, groceries and ourselves to the different rooms. But we learned how to navigate it and it worked great! The host, Erica, was so attentive and wonderful to communicate timely. She was so kind and thorough with the responses to our questions. If looking for larger space with lots of things to do, please consider this property. It was definitely an Oasis! Thank you for a great stay!!!!

Perfect for Family and Friends

This property truly exceeded our expectations. The beautiful house provided more than enough space for our group of 12. The bedrooms were well spread out, offering privacy and comfort for everyone. The game room was a highlight, with a great selection of entertainment options that kept the entire family engaged and entertained. We didn't utilize the pool, but it looked neat and inviting. The only downside was the neighborhood—it’s an older area, and some of the nearby homes could use a bit of upkeep. However, this didn’t impact our overall experience, as we spent most of our time enjoying the house itself. I would absolutely recommend this home to family and friends looking for a spacious place to gather and enjoy quality time together.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our annual extended family vacation with family members coming from across the country. The open kitchen and dining areas made it a great space to hang out in. The large comfy couch was great for everyone to pile on to watch the Olympics and movies. The multiple bedrooms allowed each couple to have their own space and the kids to have sleepovers every night. The kids loved the game room and pool. The Loveland location made it a great base for our day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder/Denver, and Ft. Collins. Host Erika was very responsive to all our questions. We had a great time and highly recommend this VRBO.

Wonderful vacation home!

We had a family wedding to attend and rented the Loveland Oasis for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The indoor pool and game room were the highlight of the vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with nice touches throughout. We loved everything about this vacation rental!

Great house for all ages!

This was our second time staying at the Loveland Oasis, and we just love this house. It is clean with so much to do between the pool, game room, and large kitchen and living areas. We enjoyed the updated yard and laundry room. Staying in this house, a family doesn’t need to go out and do a lot of extra activities; all the entertainment happens at the house. We highly recommend this house!
