This property is recommended for family"s and mature groups only and caters for up to 8 guests total (including children).

* The property has a choice of two living areas, one with flat screen Smart TV, Netflix and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and the other with a combustion fireplace
* Study desk and WIFI
* Well appointed kitchen with both Nespresso Pod Machine and Breville Bambini Espresso coffee machine (takes ground coffee) and fully equipped with all the modern appliances you could need
* Ceiling fans in all rooms and two gas heaters available
* BBQ with alfresco dining for eight, fire pit and stone wood burning pizza oven in the garden, a range of outdoor seating options along with the enormous inground swimming pool
* Garage is a games room with a large collection of games, toys, sporting equipment and pool toys, all for both adults and children
* All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the king single beds can be made into a super king bed on request
* Change table and port-a-cot available on request
* Ample off-street parking available

Location
Macmasters beach is a 5 minute drive and 10 minute drive to the popular tourist destination of Avoca and Terrigal. Macmasters Beach is a short 90 minute drive north of Sydney"s CBD. It"s a patrolled beach with a renowned surf break, a rock pool for kids and a lovely lagoon between Macmasters and Copacabana. Bouddi National Park is close by and has excellent walking tracks. Spend hours watching the surf riders and whales go by, stroll along the beach to the popular Copacabana village or paddle in the Cochrane Lagoon. There are mountian bike trails close by and cycle paths in various areas.
