Staff were excellent and rooms were clean and spacious. We had a family room with 2 double beds. Breakfast and food as a whole were brilliant. Great location too being only 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 mins walk from kilburn park underground.

Host was completely unresponsive and did not send check-in instructions at all. I couldn't get a refund until 4pm the date of check-n and had to book another hotel last minute. NEVER BOOK here, it's a total scam.
