The staff, the rooms, the cleanliness were all excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team who were always courteous and attentive. Balcony is lovely in the sun. Recommend.

Excellent. Check in experience was a little clunky/awkward as the app that you need to download to enter room didn’t work and it was hard to reach anyone, but once in the room fantastic very close to a lot of amenities. Highly recommend paddington rec area and the tavern itself
