We have an enjoyable experience at the Fairmont. The service was excellent and the location was perfect. Overall an amazing stay at the Fairmont Makati, Philippines.

I’m in Love with Fairmont Hotel! Concierge customer service was excellent, & very easy to work with in regards to the last minute changes in my flight, they even upgraded my shuttle service from airport & my room to an amazing suite! I will definitely book fairmont/Raffles hotel Makati on my next trip. Gorgeous hotel, amazing spa& gym facility!

Nice.. But...

Pros: The look and style of hotel. Staff was excellent, they went over and beyond what I expected, so that was good.
Cons: The swimming pool was ICE Cold. Not enjoyable to swim in, a little bit of a disappointment considering how much this hotel was.
Location: Many things to do in the area. 3 different malls all within walking distance.
Nice Hotel, but the price per night is just a little much, especially for a non-heated pool, expensive breakfast option which was 1,400PHP. Are you kidding me?! I would rate this out of 10... probably a 6.
