Filipino hospitality throughout with staff, warm and kind. Great location for mall shopping. Smoking area outdoors. Great service in all amenities especially restaurants, lobby lounge and bar. Shout out to Bar team and the bar staff. Great price for the room and lounge access that entitles you to get discounts on spa treatments, meals etc… Older hotel but well worth the stay. All mgmt great, you know who you are. Mr Neilxx will be back

great. loved it. we have food issues/allergies and they were very responsive and respectful. great location for walking and shopping. could do a better job with the humidity in the rooms but thats the only issue we experienced. laundry was nicely done and there is live music most nights

Super grand hotel. Lots of activity, great amenities, they take ALL the security measures, and you don’t have to look for assistance they are all over it. The place is well maintained and seems to be convenient to anything you would need. It’s priced comparable to other hotels in its class and area. The only criticism I have is the room was smaller than I prefer and their suites were booked, but they gave me a free upgrade. Housekeeper was 24/7 which was an huge plus for me. The live music in the lobby lounge was talented. Overall great experience I stayed a week. The food is a little pricey but that’s pretty normal for a 5star hotel. I was overall okay with it.

Room was immaculately clean. The only problem on the room was the air conditioner. Impossible adjusting the temperature. The engineering Department tried to do their best but unsuccessful. We were offered to move to another room. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The location stood out for me.
