The best aspect of this visit was the staff hands down. I was blown away by how friendly and absolutely helpful the staff was with any of our needs. The property is also connected direct to a vary large mall with quick access to tons of restaurants. I was made to feel right at home during my entire stay. I will be back :)

So far the staff and cleanliness are my favorite aspects of the property. Haven’t see it all just yet to have an opinion on all of them amenities.

Very good place to stay

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Holiday Inn Manila Galleria is a practical hotel and the staff is very accommodating. I would still go consider staying in this hotel since the experience I had was very good. My only comment is the free bottled waters they provide. They can better improve it by not serving the smallest bottle size.

Awesome stay

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, connects to robinson's mall
Cons: No free Internet, no free wifi
stayed here for 9 nine days with over 50 members of my basketball team and it was a pleasant stay with friendly staff and convenient entrances to the mall which has a movie theatre, supermarket, shopping mall, MANY restaurants just to name a few...minutes away from malls and entertainment

Direct access to Robinson's Mall!

Cons: No free Internet
It's pretty cool, this hotel offers direct access to the Robinson's Mall. The Robinsons Mall offers a food court on the ground floor, banks, shops a large supermarket and lots of restaurants. The hotel is also just a few minutes from Ayala center by MRT. Lot's of taxi's at all hours and I didn't feel to far away from the entertainment. If this isn't enough, two big malls are about 5 minutes away. The hotel it self is a disappointment. Dated furniture, dull gray carpeting in rooms and a distinct musky odor is present in two rooms I stayed in. Toilets are slow to flush. The good news is, there is always a Manager on duty to address your concerns. The staff are pretty cool, although you should open the door to the lobby yourself. If your looking for value, look somewhere else.

A safe place to rest

The hotel is convenient to a shopping mall that contains a supermarket, movie cinema and giant food court. The staff is friendly. On the downside, it is a good distance from the airport, meaning cab fare is quite expensive. Overall it is a great place, very clean, with great service. However I feel it is a bit overpriced when it's all said and done, considering you have to pay extra for internet, and drinks and snacks from your minibar and way overpriced, there is no free breakfast.

There is nothing more welcoming than being greeted by name

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, the staff
Cons: No free Internet
Wow, the service was fantastic. By the second day of my 8 day trip, the staff was greeting me by name -- at the front desk, by the bell hops, by the waiters in the restaurant. They really make you feel welcome, appreciated, and a friend.
