Our home at 925 Arawak Avenue is just an easy three block walk to the least-crowded access path to Marco's beautiful Crescent Beach. We provide beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels for your convenience. No need to pack up your car and hunt for parking to visit the beach.
You may never want to leave the sanctuary of this professionally designed residence. It features a gleaming, white kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Open concept floor plan with dining area, kitchen island, media area and living room. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed with plush mattress, attached bath and direct access to the lanai. Primary bath has double vanity, separate shower and luxurious soaking tub. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, provide privacy on the opposite side of the house and share a bath with stone mosaic floor. Open the triple glass sliders from the living room and walk into your paradise; the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs and covered dining area. Separate outdoor patio with grilling and seating. Free high speed wireless internet and three new flat screened TVs. There is nothing better than the warm southwest sun while lounging poolside. Beautiful home close to the ocean

This was a beautiful, clean home within walking distance to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. The owners provided everything you need for a day at the beach, including two beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys.

Superb location-Excellent value

Our family of 6 spent a fabulous stay at this home this summer. The house is just a short walk from the beach and it was fully equipped with carts, umbrellas, beach towels etc. to make it easy and convenient. The home is beautifully decorated and very functional with excellent utilization of the space. The pool is just the right size and the patio furniture makes it very enjoyable to be outdoors. We didn't use the BBQ grills but they are available should we have decided to do so. The rooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. The kitchen was open and equipped with top rated appliances and basic necessities. When adding all these features, this home is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days in beautiful Marco Island.

Quiet tranquility!

The property was simply amazing, from the landscaping,to the design inside the house, my wife loved every little thing she gazed her eyes on , the decore was out of bounds ! Felt like so much spirit in the house , wow me and my wife almost didn’t leave,, we were going to lock ourselves in,,. Beautiful house!

Alan called us right after we got settled in to let us know to call him anytime if we had questions. That was nice.The pool was the favorite for the kids. Plenty of pool toys and floaties. Beach was a short walk. They have plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, and sun huts. We left a few beach items for the next guest.We used the air mattress “EZ bed” and that was great to sleep on too.Nice to have some condiments/spices already there. We left paper plates and cups for the next guest.Would definitely stay there again!!! House was beautiful and clean! Thank you Alan and family!!

A perfect getaway!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family beach getaway! The screened-in pool was a hit with the kids, the short walk to the gorgeous beach/sunsets couldn’t be beat, and Alan was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. The beds were comfortable, the garage was we’ll-stocked with beach gear, and there were plenty of towels for all the water activities. No complaints and a place we’d happily stay again on another trip to Marco Island!

Marco Island Thanksgiving Trip

The property was perfect for our stay during Thanksgiving. We stayed for 8 days. Home was in a great location with a very short walk to public beach access. The home was as described and detailed instructions were left for any questions we had. the only thing that would have been helpful is if an upright vacuum was left available for guest use. there were times where we wanted to clean the kitchen or other areas but weren't able to. Also, bring pillows because the ones that are on the beds no longer have support because they are old. No complaints at all! this house was perfect for our stay.
