Ideal Beachfront Condo | Pool & Two Balconies

One stylish condo with two captivating views. This 1,100 square foot, 2nd floor beachfront unit sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.

It’s a wing unit, on the side of the building, with two separate balconies. One faces the Island. Call it the Sunrise and Coffee balcony, where you can start the day by watching the rising sun light up the palm trees and turquoise waterways of Marco Island. The second balcony faces the beach. Call this one the Sunset and Cocktail balcony, where you can celebrate another day in paradise by watching the setting sun cast palm tree shadows on the grass and turn the blue sky fiery orange.

The Sunset and Cocktail balcony also overlooks the heated pool and the deck filled with sun loungers and tables shaded by tiki umbrellas. Paths wind through manicured gardens, alongside hedges and hibiscus bushes, taking you to the tennis courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball beside Clam Bay. The South Seas offers countless other deluxe amenities, like a fitness center, charcoal grills and social room with daily activities.

A wooden boardwalk leads from this green oasis of relaxation to the silken white sands and turquoise ocean of Tigertail Beach, where you can search for colorful shells, snorkel in the warm water or just lie back and watch dolphins play in the surf.

The tropical ambience continues inside the unit, where sliding glass doors fill the white-tiled living room with natural light and a backdrop of palm trees and blue sky. Light hues and beach-themed artwork create an easygoing coastal feel as you sit on the comfortable sofas entertaining guests or watching the big screen television.

The bright, airy kitchen features plenty of counter space and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the glass table overlooking the lush greenery of the South Seas garden.

The bedrooms feature plenty of closet and draw space, and the master suite opens up to the balcony, so you can fall asleep to the night wind rustling the palm trees.

Wonderful Vacation

This was one of the nicest vacations we've had in quite a while. My only concern, and I heard it from a number of people was the parking situation. The other was the charge for getting locked out on the deck. Had we forgotten our key to get in the front door I wouldn't mind because that's my bad but this was a problem with the sliding door. That could be considered a safety problem.

Very Nice Place

The condo is beautiful and well maintained, but we did have a few problems. The check-in process was tedious. We initially checked in at building 3 after passing through the guarded gate. Then we were told our keys were a mile or so away, off site, at Marco Properties, so we drove there and had to wait for 15-20 at the gate again for the guard to let us in as the line of cars was long and slow. The building had some plumbing issues for a few days, so we couldn't use the dishwasher for a while. When we were able to, fortunately a previous tenant left a tiny bit of dishwasher liquid in a bottle under the sink, but there were no dishwasher cubes as stated by Marco Properties.. We also didn't have a 2nd kitchen trash bag liner that was supposed to be provided. We had to ask for the liner. The maintenance guy was nice and very prompt in addressing our needs. I liked that we could text Marco Properties when problems arose. Worse however, was the water was turned off for part of 2 days, so we had to use the toilet on the main floor. This wasn't the condo owner's fault, but it made our stay rather stressful. During the repairs, which started early in the morning, the banging of pipes and such woke up one of my companions in the front bedroom several days in a row. The HVAC unit was in an enclosed space off the living room and was rather loud. Everything else was very nice. The beds, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, and TVs were great. We enjoyed the pool quite a bit, but didn't get to the shoreline often enough because of the long walk in the sand. Upon checking out, I complained to Marco Properties about our problems, and they apologized and said the plumbing issues were beyond their and the owner's control, but that I could file a written complaint, which I did. The owner graciously refunded 10% of our payment for our troubles and apologized for the inconveniences. Overall, we liked our unit and would consider coming back.

Paradise

The condo is exactly as the photos. The condo has everything you will need. It was just wonderful. You will have to buy a beachcart if you plan on going to the beach. We bought one at Sunsation, which was not of good quality, but it served our needs. Here is the only issue. The walk to the gulf is at least a half mile; but having said that it is so worth it. Beach and water is gorgeous. South Seas is clean and maintained beautifully. We will be there next year!

Won’t stay there again

It was the farthest condo from beach area. Long walk and no cart provided to help carrier beach supplies. Cart rental companies charged too much and my husband had to drive into Naples to find a Walmart to purchase a cooler that was suppose to be provided and a trash can on wheels so we could tote all our items to and from the beach. Pool closed down at dusk and no smoking on balconies (only designated area was across the parking lot by grill area), really? And I’m going to leave my autistic 10 year old alone in the condo to do that?!? Didn’t realize it was rainy season and will be rest of summer so there wasn’t anything to do indoors around Marco or Naples (1 bowling alley, but there was a 3 hour wait) air conditioner in our room was making noises the whole time we were there off and on and our last day stopped working. No washer and dryer on the unit and only 2 on whole floor which cost us a lot to do. Air dryers in hallways and they used the dryer plugs to run them and told us we has to go to the 15th or 16th floor to use those washers (we were on the 2nd floor).

Amazing stay!

Beautiful property just as pictured. Brand new furnishings, comfortable & very clean! Provided beach chairs, umbrella & cooler! Loved the second floor unit - no need for elevator/wait- bonus! Great for a family. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip get-away to Marco Island

My friend and I rented the beautiful 2 bedroom condo for a girl's trip. The location was great! It was so nice to have options to take in the sun; on the deck, at the pool, or at the beach - all fabulous! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. One evening the refrigerator motor started making a loud noise. Next morning I called Marco Island Properties. They came out immediately and repaired it. We were out when they came in, the repair was no inconvenience what so ever. Staying here was a wonderful experience! I would go back again!

Older building under construction

Our room was advertised as newly renovated and was a nice room. The views are great and the extra large balcony are very nice. The walk to the beach is a little bit of a hike but you are close to Tiger Tail beach which is beautiful. The building our condo was located in was under construction and the hallways and common areas were dirty and not maintained. The laundry area is old and the machines don’t do a very good job of cleaning your clothes. As well you have to add cash to a card to use the machines. Good enough but disappointing. We were not told in advance about the construction and were woken one morning at 8 am by construction workers wanting to come in to our room to install screens on the doors. The owner refunded a days rate for the inconvenience. However because we weren’t up yet they had to come back so this was an inconvenience on multiple days. Overall the condo itself was nice the building was not very nice, laundry was not satisfactory but Marco Island is so beautiful and the weather was great so we had a great time despite the issues.
