Nice clean house with fast WiFi and good size TVsRoom layout was a little odd with the formal living room being sunken 4 inches (almost everyone stumbled once). Pool was a good size and well cared for. The doors in/to the master suite were also odd in that a pocket door was at the entrance and there were so many doors in the bathroom it was difficult to maneuver around. These are minor things so really I wish I could rate it a 4.5

Very well equipped with everything you need for the pool or beach. Even dog leashes, bowls etc. Enjoyed using the fishing rods off the dock and caught a few fish. Great location to everything. Parking pass to make beach parking a breeze just a few mi utes away. Chairs, a pull cart and toys for the kids to use at the beach. Pool and barbecue was great. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again one day. My grand daughter and family loved it.

Beautiful time in a beautiful place

This location was ideal and from doorstep to saltwater it was exactly a half mile and an easy walk. The pool was wonderful, the house clean and comfortable with all of the extras already in place. But, my favorite part was the burrowing owls on the adjacent lot. I have a huge owl obsession and had no idea I’d be able to see them so easily. For me, it really made the vacation! I look forward to returning.

Great Location

This property was clean, comfortable, quiet and had all the things we needed (along with beach gear) for our stay in Marco. I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife, 16 yr old daughter and 10 yr old son. We all enjoyed this property very much. Nice pool area where we spent most of our time and was on a canal where we occasionally saw dolphins, pelicans, osprey and fish (burrowing owl in the yard next to us as well). Enjoyed sunrise and sunsets from the dock. Location was perfect for a short walk to the public beach access and easy to drive to nearby restaurants. Process for picking up the keys went very smoothly (no issues getting in and out). House had all the things one would need for a stay (well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and everything worked without issue). The only minor issue we had was garage door opener that was provided did not appear to open the garage door (was not a real issue at all for us and did not take away from our enjoyment of the property, just something we noticed). Everybody in my family all said they would stay here again. I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a getaway to beautiful Marco Island.

Marco Vacation

We had a wonderful trip to Marco with my 3 children. The house is in a prime spot for public beach access within a short walking distance. The home was fully equipped with all beach gear needed (beach wagon, towels, chairs, toys etc). My kids enjoyed the heated pool. The home was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. I would definitely return to stay here again!

Nice property in a great location

I traveled here with my wife and two teenage boys. This property was in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach and easy access to all of the Marco Island amenities. In addition, the property was very nice, and we enjoyed laying out by the pool. The owner has paid extra attention to all the little details, so you have everything that you need right at your fingertips. Great stay. Would rent this property again.

Relaxing Birthday Winter Getaway

Perfect Vacation

Hello to all. We rented this house for 5 days only (I wish we could stay longer). It's a beautiful house, with all what you need for perfect vacation. Nice interior with great location. You can see sunrise in early morning right from the doc and in about 10 min walking distance there is amazing wight sent beach, where you can just walk, collect some gorges see shals, swim and watch unforgettable sunsat. Thank you for unforgettable time on Marco Island.

Great House on the Canal

This was our first time renting on the canal and it was awesome. We saw lots of fish, a few dolphin, a stingray, and several birds. The house worked out great for our trip. The house was clean, well equipped, and close to everything. We will be back.

Beautiful canal home on the island!

Wonderful house in the canals minutes from all the shops, restaurants, beach. Plenty to do all around the house from swimming in the pool, fishing/kayaking the canals, great restaurants, beautiful beach minutes from the front door.
