Lovely 5 BDR 3 BTH home close to Tiger tail Beach

Lovely five-bedroom three bath home pool home close to Tigertail Beach. Spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area. Two master bedrooms both with king-sized beds, the guest bedroom has a queen, bunk beds, and another set of twin beds. There are 4 new flat screen TVs one in the living room and the others in both the king bedroom and the queen bedroom. This lovely home also has many amenities for small children such as (a car seat, stroller, high chair, and Pak n Play.)


Please note owner does keep a car on one side of the garage.

Thanksgiving

Very nice, quiet neighborhood for a family Thanksgiving week. Ample space for 10 and nice pool to enjoy. Only thing missing is an outdoor tv so we could watch football while in the pool. House, pool was built accordingly so you can eat outside and view games

Not as expected

We've been staying in Marco Island for quite some time. This house did accommodate our family well in terms of everyone having a place to sleep, however there were a few items that were surprising. Upon reviews, it sounded like the house was well-maintained, but when we arrived there were a few things that were broken, not working, or a little disappointing. There was a leak above the dining room table that dripped making it difficult to all eat together indoors, some outlets in the bedrooms did not work, two of the bedroom windows were unlocked upon arrival, and the overall cleanliness of the house was disappointing. The pool and pool deck were also a concern. The pool area was covered in spiders and spider webs (which we cleaned by hosing off and cleaning the table and chairs ourselves). The pool was dirty and the nets were not sufficient to clean it, so we ended up going out to buy our own net to get the small bugs out. There were broken tiles and broken pieces of grout by the stairs to enter the pool, which we cleaned up as well. We are not ones to leave bad reviews, but also think it's important that these issues get fixed for future renters.

Great house that accommodated us all nicely. Walk to Tigertail Beach (gulf side) was a HAUL, so ended up going to South Beach every day. Overall, great trip.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was clean. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs. Tigertail beach was too far for our group to walk to. We had my 76 year old mother and my 3 year old grand daughter, too far for us. Tigertail beach was beautiful but we got bit up by noseeums. Wish we would have had bug spray! The rental company was great to work with, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. When we walked in the home, it was wide open and beautiful. The pool was AMAZING! Check in and out was a breeze. We really enjoyed the area and everything was really close on the island.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time on our Marco vacation. While the house was close to Tigertail beach, once at the parking lot it was another .5 mile walk to beach. We chose to drive the 5 mins to South Marco Beach. Much easier of a walk to the water and shaded. House had plenty of space and beach supplies for all of us. Absolutely no need to bring any beach towels with you, there are PLENTY, even for all 10 of us. A few odds and ends could be used at the house; wash clothes for kitchen and bathrooms and glass/casserole dishes. But other than that the house is well stocked with everything you could need. Large refrigerator suited our large group supply of food and drinks. Check in was not super smooth. Had to go to rental office to get key and cleaning people were still cleaning well past 4. Make sure to read fine print in agreement in customer portal (which we forgot even existed since we only accessed it once several months before travel when we booked thr house). However the house was very clean. Overall a wonderful experience in Marco at this beautiful home!

enjoyed our stay

There were some light bulbs that were out. In bunk room above light needed bulbs, we called managerfirst night and no one replaced. We put a lamp in there for light. the house accomodated all 10 of us nicely. There were tiny ants on kitchen counters, a ant killer was put on door step after we reported it. ants in one area of pool deck also. Pool area had lots of spider webs and spiders. The walk to the beach was alittle long with the heat of up to 90 degrees. We enjoyed tiger tail beach 2 days. aside from those few things it was a very nice home and appreciate all the amenities.

Great place for a large group

We enjoyed our stay! We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space to gather together. The pool was a great gathering place and very popular with our crew. We loved the large dining room table - it was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner! The beach is great but not very easy to get to - it's a long walk - if you're thinking about spending the day there, pack a cooler with food and plenty of water!
