Amazing Property!

Our family stayed for spring break. The condo is amazing and everything we expected. Property management were very responsive when the smoke alarm battery was low and came out quickly to change. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Potential, needs some care.

Pros: Good location Walking distance to some restaurants Nice pool Nice kitchen and updated bathrooms Management quickly replaced a bad faucet we were told about when we checked in, and a blow dryer. Cons: One bldg elevator broken which caused congestion. Living room furniture is very old and uncomfortable, broken picture frame and another picture seemed to be missing as there we nails in the wall. Bath towels were stained Beach towels were frayed and worn. Second bathroom shower/tub door really leaks water. On arrival cupboard contained some dirty plates. Light randomly came on in guest room.

Very clean and well kept. While the property has been updated you can still see that it is an older structure. The grounds were very lush and well kept.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The condo was exactly as described in photos and online listing. The pick up for the keys was easy and the property management sent emails to stay in contact with our arrival and departure. Everything about the property management was great! The beach was very clean and our condo was well stocked with beach gear for families. We could’ve used a sturdy umbrella or a tent for shade on the beach as the two umbrellas in our condo were broken and flimsy. We enjoyed our stay, however, as a family with a teenager and a small child, we will not rent this property again. It’s perfect for a couples get away or for older people. The kids were not able to actually play in the pool. No jumping, no floaties, no balls, no playing. A pool monitor, not a lifeguard, sits at the pool all day to tell kids what they can not do. It was sad to watch the monitor take all the toys and fun away. All we could do was sit. Everything literally shuts down at 8pm and we were told to leave the pool at 8:00. I understand most of the rules and why they are enforced. It just wasn’t a fun experience for our children. Again, beautiful property, it’s just not for kids.

Enjoyed again

Enjoyed our stay again. Only complaint was that the pool attendant is a bit strict. We upgraded the beach umbrella to one that is larger and more sturdy and left it for others to use. The beach wagon could also use an upgrade to one with fatter wheels/tires to accommodate the soft sand. Looking forward to hopefully renting the unit again next year.

Very Disappointing

Water wasn't on when we arrived, dust on floor & under beds, wrapper under couch, fan in bedroom not working, tub not draining, screws not seated in shower controls, table delaminated outside, dust on baseboards and visible on wall by air ducts, paint not finished in master bedroom, mirror in master bedroom de-silvering. All communicated with rental agency. Had 2 visits by plumber, 1 by handyman, 2 by property manager-had to ask them to clean tub after plumber came. All makes for a very stressful vacation. Never once received anything as simple as so sorry for the inconveniences and issues with this property by Horizon rental. Contacted VRBO and was told I had to deal directly with Horizon. Not worth the $$ paid for this unit.

No cable TV for almost 2 days, crumbs and nut shells under living room sofa upon arrival. Ants on counter and we killed a few cockroaches. Needs new linens. One hand towel. One dish towel! Purchased extra. Also shower door in master bath is unsecure having no bottom track. Very dangerous !

Great Condo- Great Location

We enjoy walking Tigertail everyday. This condo was perfect! It was updated, awesome view, everything worked and a perfect size for a family of 4. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and pool days! The only downfall was the kids weren’t allowed to be kids at the pool! But that has nothing to do with the condo itself- just the rules of the pool!

Bright condo and nicely decorated. Nice view. Master bath water flow is a trickle. Blinds did not work but I believe they are going to fix them when they can. For any Marco island beach front rental from May to October blinds must be closed from 9pm to 7 am which is less than ideal. Property manager was helpful and responsive and well organized. Cannot see sunset from this unit this time of year so need to walk down to beach

Comfortable condo.

The condo was as advertised. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed trying different restaurants on Marco, the beach, pool and admiring the tropical paradise from our 6th floor outside perch. As a bonus, there was a gentleman that sang America The Beautiful each night at sunset to the whole courtyard. So heart warming.

Fabulous!

Modern, clean upscale decor. Comfortable furniture & beds. The only issue was that the pleated window shades in the living & dining area are inoperable & stay closed. Enjoyed our stay & would recommend.
