Stunning 2BD/2Bath Condo- Steps from beach, restaurants & shopping!

This is a much sought after, gulf facing, quiet top floor unit in the Grandview Condominium complex. Grandview is a 5-floor building located on the highly desirable south end of Marco Island, Florida.

MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS - 4 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with recent updates creates an ideal set-up to relax and to head to the beach across the street. The condo is located conveniently between 2 beach access points making for an easy walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Get to the beach without getting into your car!! Beach chairs and beach cart are provided in a separate ground floor storage unit which can also be used for fishing gear. Enjoy sunsets from your balcony or from the water's edge.

The master bedroom has a king bed and renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom with a tub/shower.

An elevator services all 5 floors, each unit has a private mailbox, and there is covered parking for your car. The condo comes with amenities such as air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, flat screen tv's, and free wifi and cable. The kitchen has modern appliances and cookware. Towels and bed linens are provided. A washer and dryer is in the unit.

The Grandview also offers an array of recreational amenities on site which include a library, heated pool and spa, sun deck, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bike racks, fire pit, grill station, and entertainment patio.

The Marco Island entertainment district, Mission Plaza, is just 2 blocks north, offering numerous fine dining restaurants, a sports bar, shopping, an ice cream parlor, a multiplex movie theater, and a mini golf course. No driving required. You couldn't ask for a better location.

The condo was beautifully furnished and excellently stocked with items we might need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The washer/dryer was high quality and came in very handy. Lots of beach chairs, cart, towels and toys. We had a wonderful stay!

Great spot for a winter getaway

A nice property and location for a winter getaway with the kids. The beach and restaurants were walking distance and the property owner provided beach chairs and a beach cart which was perfect.

We loved this property for our week after Christmas vacation. Clean and updated unit with everything you need to enjoy Marco Island whether you stay in or go out. Spacious with a great enclosed deck too.

Inexpensive Marco Rental Near Beach

Super clean, perfect location

The owner was a pleasure to work with. Condo was clean. Location was two blocks from a handful of restaurants, mini golf and shops. Beds were comfortable, newer full size washer and dryer. The community pool was so warm which was wonderful for Dec. great stay!

Wonderful time on Marco Island

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Everything was just as described in the listing. Easy access, clean, quiet, fully equipped, 2 min from the beach. There was an abundance of beach equipment, umbrellas chairs, etc. We played pickle ball every day and enjoyed the pool. Our time there could not have been better. Thank you to our hosts for the ease of communication. Everything was just perfect

A slice of paradise

The pictures do not do this condo justice. This little slice of paradise had anything and everything we could possibly need! It is in a great location! Just steps to everything. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with, she answered every question I had even during our stay. So helpful giving us suggestions, for local restaurants and activities. Very quick to respond. We would love to stay again. The beaches were absolutely breathtaking.

Marco Island Condo

We stayed at the Grandview condo at Marco Island for 2 weeks. The property was very clean, well maintained and provided all the conveniences for a wonderful stay. It is within walking distance of some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The property also has a pool with a hot tub, gas grills with accompanying fire pit and a combination tennis/pickleball court. The property manager was very accommodating and went out of their way to make the rental and check-in process easy and ensured our stay was enjoyable. We even received a call after a day of hard rain to check and make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend this property for rental.
