Another year in beautiful Marco

The property was fine. The property manager, Priscilla was fantastic in helping us settle in and getting some things that needed to be replaced in this condo.

Not all bad, but not all good

The condo itself is very nice, the views are great, the location is ideal, the complex is very well taken care of, and the parking is convenient. There were a couple of problems when it comes to amenities. We did not have TV at all during the first two weeks of our stay as the cable was not connected. The repairman discovered that the cable box needed to be replaced and a new one was delivered a couple of days later. The air conditioner was another problem. As it was not cooling at all, we called the repairman who came a few days later and said it was very dirty and the drain was clogged. He supposedly fixed that in a very short time, but less than a week later we were experiencing the same problem. We did not call anybody about the situation again as we didn’t want to spend all of our time in the condo waiting for a repair person. The only other problem we experienced was due to the fact that we got only one key and fob so we had to go down (from the eighth floor) to let visitors or each other in the building. Lastly, we would have appreciated more attention being given to the cleanliness of the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms, as well as the cleaning out of the tub drain in the guest bathroom.

Review of stay.

Condo was dirty. Told the condo handicap accessible. The bathroom in main suite was so small the door almost touched the toilet. A wheelchair would not fit in the hall Bathroom either On going construction-replacement of doors and windows. This should have been disclosed prior to our renting. We were awaken between 8am and 830am for the first 3 weeks we stayed. Hamming, drilling and sawing for hours on end. TV set in master was not hooked to cable. No TV set in guest bedroom.
