"Checking was seamless, quality of the room and the entire facility exceeded my expectations."

"Over-all. we had a very nice experience. The room was clean, and the bed was nicely made. Staff was helpful in talking about places to eat dinner. My improvement thoughts would be - 1. When arriving in our room the room smelled a somewhat negative odor. The room should smell clean upon a guest entering the room. Maybe something for the cleaner to spray in the room, maybe cleaning or changing a filter. 2. I needed to go to check-in to ask for some shampoo. 3. A clock in the room - even if it has to be something you secure in the room to prevent theft? Over-all this was a very friendly and nice evening and night."
