I was really happy with my stay at Riad Sapphire (once I finally found it)! Highly recommend leveraging their greeting service to help you with locating the riad in the quiet narrow alleys of the Medina. Once inside, it was a beautiful oasis where the team including Abdo and Driss welcomed you home like family. The rooftop terrace and central atrium were beautiful, and the morning breakfast was the perfect way to start every day of adventures in Marrakesh.

Amazing Riad, very quiet and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful, we took the transfer offered by the Riad and everything was very smooth. The included breakfast is very good and very fresh, you get something different everyday! The food options for dinner are very good as well, super fresh and generous portions! The roof terrace is a really nice place to relax after a whole day of walking 🚶 And lastly we used the spa services, all very clean and very kind ladies ❤️ cannot recommend enough! The the only thing we missed was a TV since it was a bit stormy in the evenings we could have used it!

Can’t say enough good things about this Riad. Very clean, comfortable and great location, the sheets even smell softener. Every detail in our room was well thought, there were rose petals all over in our arrival. Now I have to say, the best part of this Riad is their people. Driss , Abdo and the ladies who works there provided excellent customer service, always willing to help. They do make a great difference! An unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, Driss, the hotel manager, made us feel like VIPs. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the tranquil courtyard to the rooftop terrace with panoramic views. The breakfast was also really good, showcasing local flavors with flair. A superb stay at the Road Sapphire. Special mention to Chris who was an incredible host. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him! They fixed my mother in laws uncomfortable trainers and sourced me safety pins for a flappy dress. Amazing service all round!

The Riad was perfect! We loved our room - they were really clean and spacious! The details put into decorating the Riad are impeccable. An excellent riad, calm and quiet, in a great location. Abdo and Driis who run it are both very helpful, with well organised airport transfers, directions around Marrakech etc. The riad is absolutely clean throughout, very well cared for by them and the other staff. We had the delicious breakfast on the roof space/terrace where you can also relax in the shade with a cold drink. The hour massage in the spa room was excellent.

The riad was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with charming Moroccan décor and a touch of French elegance. We stayed in the junior suite, which was absolutely dreamy. The rooftop terrace was a stunning spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, with views of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and absolutely delicious. After long walks exploring the city, the small pool was perfect for dipping our tired feet and relaxing. The riad is ideally located — everything is within walking distance. Abdolah and Idris were wonderful hosts, always warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping staff were lovely too, constantly ensuring the place remained spotless. Overall, our experience was excellent. Abdo and his staff were amazing. They greet you at the taxi stand and walk you 4 minutes through the maze to the Riad. It was so authentic though. The Riad is beautiful and well maintained. They treat you to tea and cake upon arrival. The meals were delicious. The Hammam Bath is not to be missed. I have no complaints.

Pros: Good service. Riad staff picked us up and dropped us to the roads for pickup service.Great breakfast. Packed up take away breakfast on our tour days. Clean but small room and a clean riad. We didn't eat there except breakfast.

Was a lovely Riad in the center of the Medina. The staff were so friendly and lovely, I cannot put into words, so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The workers just made the experience. Solo Traveller at Riad Sapphire and Spa

Riad Sapphire and Spa Located away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina in one of the side streets. A lovely way to experience local hospitality. A nice, very clean and spacious environment, with great staff at all levels who were always ready to please. Fantastic for lone female travellers where personal security is made a priority. The inclusive breakfast is really substantial and even though a small establishment, freshly cooked lunch and delicious evening meals are available to order. The luxury of an in-house Hammam and Massage facility meant I did not have to travel far to experience some self indulgence. My thanks to Driss and his team for making my stay here a safe and pleasant one 🙏 Highly recommended!

This property is the worst! They never consider that the customer medical emergency that we had to cancel prior to arrival but didnt want to refund the money you paid because they said its already booked even with hospital and doctor’s certificate. Absolute scam and greed. Considering expensive rate per night. There are better Riads around for sure and not as greedy as this property.
