My room was infested with small black bugs. I notified the desk clerk in the morning. Unfortunately I did not sleep well and now have to rid my clothes of whatever they were to avoid the same at my house. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Not money we’ll spent.

I'm very sorry that there were bugs in your guest room. The previous guest was a 3 night stay in that room. They didn't report any issues with the room. No issues were found when the room was inspected by our Maintenance Tech and Head Housekeeper. We've put the room down for a few days for observation. So far, we have not found anything. I'm very sorry that you had a subpar visit. Stay Safe!

Excellent accomodation for the price. Good location. Very good staff. The manager and front desk clerk, Abby, were friendly and accomodating on initial check-in and during stay.

The Hotel was a few minutes from Harpers Ferry. It made a great place with an overnight getaway.

Facility was clean and conveniently located. Breakfast had a good section of food but juice machine was broken and no effort was made to provide juice. The only other negative was that the bed was too hard and the pillows too thick keeping my neck at an uncomfortable angle.

On arrival we had to walk through the smoke of 3 staff member standing at the front entrance smoking and having a discussion about their fellow colleagues- not a friendly discussion. Breakfast room floor was not cleaned in the 2 days that we stayed there . Hotel carpets are old worn and dirty. Bedroom smelled of damp. Bed was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Staff were quick to assist when the coffee machine and tv did not work.

We were quite impressed by the cleanliness. The breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It is also a very quiet place. My husband and I would stay again and would recommend it to others.
