Staff. Rude at front desk.
Got to Motel 15 minutes before checkin at 3:00 and was given my key and went to my room. A maintenance cart was in the room and blinds were on the bed. I called down to front desk and told them the problem and asked if I could switch rooms? Lady was rude and said the were full and could move me but they would maintenance to come up complete the repair. The man showed up 15 minutes later and said I should have never been allowed to come up this room, like it was my fault! After he was repairing, front desk called and if I used the bathroom and if not they could move me! I said the other rude lady told me there were no rooms for me! I also left a key at the front desk and told them my Son’s name. When he came a half hour later , he was asked to show his ID which is fine but was not going to let him have the key as his ID did not have the same first name as mine. Luckily his middle name is the same as mine and was given the key!!!
Not what expect from a Hilton and very said as motel was nice but will not go back!
The Hilton promise was not upheld!
