El hotel luce muy limpio y el personal es muy amable, las albercas muy limpias y todo muy tranquilo. Está en muy buena área y tiene muchos restaurantes cerca y se puede caminar con mucha seguridad. Lo recomiendo, yo me volveré a hospedar aquí.

The staff was amazing, the only downside is the elevators. There was one out of service and the hotel had like 3 weddings. So the n Saturday, waited a good 15 minutes just to get from the 10th floor to the 3rd floor.

The WiFi service and phone connections are ver bad u can communicate with anyone. Don’t know how they are in bussiness. The elevators are broken most of the time we were in one elevator for all most 20 floors we have to wait 10-15 mins during peak hours . The rooms are clean. The staffs are friendly and nice

I was there for 7 days and without hot water for 5 of the 7 days it ruined my vacation. They never addressed my issues and I even switched rooms and it had no hot water. Stay at your own risk !!!
