By far the softest bed and pillows I’ve ever had in Medellín. The rooms were nice and very quiet other than the neighbors slamming their doors. I never understand that. But, it’s a nice place.

Beautiful new and modern hotel. Noisy neighbors until very late. Excessive paperwork to check in and it’s crazy to be offered insurance to buy to cover damage that may occur.

Quaint neighborhood hotel ... 10 min walk to restaurants /bars. Nothing really immediately close however to the hotel. Breakfast is included, room comes with a small fridge and microwave. Wifi is excellent ... less than 5km (3 miles) .. to center of El Plobado. Free parking on the street in front of hotel. Hotel is a good quality / price combo.

Breakfast not to many options, so strict on the menu and not able to look for other options. In the morning you want a good cup of coffee and they don’t care if you are paying for it. The should be more flexible, besides that everything else is fine.

Nice staff, very accommodating. The area isn’t great, but at least you have Unicentro nearby. You get what you pay for, just make sure your room has windows, the standard rooms don’t, which is quite different from what the pictures suggest.

The saff and property was good. What didn't like is they charge a 40k in pesos non refundable for insurance. Also there's a 100 dollar charge per day if someone goes to visit. Lastly there are safes in the rooms and that is not good. Other than that everything else was very good.
