This hotel is decent and nicely located in the heart of El Poblado. The biggest issue we had was that they said breakfast ended at 9:30am and if you showed at 9:15 everything was closed and put away.

I have been staying to this place for years , just 2023 I visited Medellin 4 trips and I stayed in this hotel . Staffs and Management are cool and very understandable . the only thing I may suggest to the Management is to add up signage like "please do not disturb / Please make up the Room . sometimes it is very inconvenient for " the cleaning crew knocking at your Door and disturbing you of your sleep or what you have been doing .The sign will help out a lot , I do understand that they have to do their jobs but sometimes 'GUEST don't need services or just don't need to be disturb . that's all . overall everything is ok .
