Excellentes instalaciones, buen servicio al cliente de la mayoria de empleados a excepcion de una chica que nos atendio en frondesk, que le hicimos saber que una de las habitaciones no contaba con la cantidad de camas solicitadas y por la cual habiamos pagado mas, nos indico que todas las habitaciones tenia el mismo precio y aparte en el website de hoteles decia que tenian aire acondicionado lo cual no era cierto

I could give you 5 stars but….. Everything was great, except early in the morning when I was ready to go to the airport, I asked the receptionist if I have time to have a cup of coffee and she told me that I didn’t have time to drink a cup of coffee and the transportation chofer offered me the cup of coffee without hesitation.
