Log cabins in the Texan Hills. Beautiful scenery but very limited options for dining unless you go to Kerrville which is 20 mins drive. There is pizza between 1000 & 1700, but that's it. Make sure that you check your booking as some cabins have outside bathroom facilities only. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful. There is WiFi in some cabins even with no phone reception

Very quiet place. Clean, gorgeous view. I arrived during a storm. Manager drove me to my cabin. Internet was down due to the storm, manager gave options for emergency calls, if needed. I was spending some time alone and was not seeking social interactions. Mission accomplished.

Nice property, comfy cabins. No cell service, they have wifi, but its quality is very low. We had wifi signal, only 2 bars, in 2 locations. Is a great place to unplug if you are looking for somewhere with no cell service.

Beautiful environment, peaceful Rooms clean, mini-fridge great to have. Lots of deer walking around drive to the resort and on the property so drive carefully and enjoy the scenery! Be prepared for true disconnect- no internet 10-15-minute drive to nearest store Shop hours open later and close earlier so take drinks, snacks. Call property for specifics on accommodations-- descriptions on Expedia misleading

Be prepared

The staff was extremely nice. The listing did not make it clear there is NO RESTROOM in the cabin. The 'restauraunt" was a Hunt Brothers pizza & the coffee shop was a coffee maker in the office/convenience store. The closest food places were 20 minutes away. Nice place but be prepared! It is really for campers & bikers.

Beautiful hill country stay

Beautiful location. Everything was clean and well kept. Check-in was confusing as there was no staff. We drove around for a while until we found a basket with my name on it and a key. The shared bathrooms were nicely kept. Great pool. Great location. Would highly recommend
