Beautiful apartment surrounded by nature,
A walk across the road to the beach or an 8 minute drive to Sebastian Inlet.
Birdwatching, surfing, fishing or just plain relaxing.

The nearest restaurant is the New England Pub for local fresh seafood and spirits.
There is an excellent pizzeria called D’Angelo’s both around a mile north of here on A1A
Publix is the nearest supermarket located 5 miles north.
There is a convenience store called Marathon about 1/4 mile south at the stop-light.
Honest John’s fish camp offers boat, kayak and paddle board rentals and is about a mile south of here on A1A.

Additional things to do
Birdwatching and nature tour $40. 4 hours around trails. Many species of birds can be found to add to your life lists.

Fishing: Sebastian Inlet fees payable at State Park entrance

Great place. Everything you need for 2. Would stay again. Martyn showed us around. The pool was nice after the beach—comfortable poolside chairs to read in. If we visit Melbourne Beach in the future, we will stay again.

Extremely pleased!!!

Our stay was lovely. The apartment is just perfect for 2 people. Very comfortable and clean. The backyard allows for quiet time for reading (or napping) while surrounded by tropical trees and bushes. Our host was wonderful, quiet, and there if needed!! Thank you so much, Martyn!!!

Beautiful Oasis Beach Hideaway

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Martin, the property owner, was friendly, professional, and approachable, making us feel right at home. The property features a beautiful and serene tropical garden with a private pool, ideal for swimming and relaxation. The interior of the home was impeccably maintained, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for us, tucked away in nature and offering a peaceful retreat. It was just a short drive to restaurants and attractions, and a quick walk to the beach, allowing for easy exploration regardless of the weather. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. Brilliant.

Pleasant experience

The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!

Quiet Getaway

Very secluded. Off the beaten path. Takes a bit of driving time to get to restaurants or other activities. Ocean not visible from the main highway, which would have been nice. Would have liked to have bicycles available. A pleasant stay.

Beautiful getaway

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and myself. The location is out of the tourist area but close to many beaches and wonderful things to do. The accommodations were clean, comfortable while providing a pool and beautiful outdoor area for guests use. Would stay there again anytime

Nice vacation spot

I would likely stay here again but the information online was not accurate. The pictures are deceiving - the bar area is used to contain garden products and the area at the other end of the pool is not usable.a So the barbecue is old and rusty.The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed.Martyn was always available if we needed him.

Love this property

2024 is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property and booked for 2025 already. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. The property offers outdoor privacy in a very natural setting with trees, plants and green foliage providing a very tropical feel. I enjoy walking and find there are walking paths/trails nearby which is perfect. Our host, Martyn, is very kind and is available for assistance, if needed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful South Melbourne Beach

Wildlife abounds as does opportunities for beaching, hiking, fishing. Also visited The Kennedy Space Center about an hour north. A memorable experience .

Very nice room.

We were in Melbourne Beach for a conference being held at the Hilton Melbourne Beach. The weather wasn’t great we couldn’t take advantage of the nice outdoor space. We were gone all day and only slept there at night. The bed was very comfortable!
