This is a nice hotel in a great location. We walked to Melbourne Park everyday. The room was nice and had great amenities (washer and dryer, kitchen, flat screen tv). On the down side, we were there for 10 nights and the housekeeping service was minimal. They made the bed but never changed the sheets. They didn’t vacuum or mop the kitchen floor either. For the price, we would have expected a bit more. They also are frugal with towels. 1 hand towel for 2 people. I can only give them 4 stars.
