This property is not safe as there was a black guy waiting outside the house, continuously knocking the door and asking for money ($600) he was about to snatch my mobile phone but somehow I managed to escape with the help of local people. I loved the overall look of the property it was neat loved the art work and the cat. It was very quiet. I loved the door that after pressing the code it opens up for you I didn’t like there was only one television that I didn't have access to. The room I was staying in was a far walk to the toilet. There was a police station in the same street as the accommodation. The security deposit was a bit ridiculous for the accommodation as there was people there who would even think of damaging a room? Besides being a single Mum it is a bit difficult to come up with a lump sum of $200 on the spot I understand why they do it I just didn’t like that they do it.

For the price, there were obviously going to be limitations. The property was basically a big house with lots of 3x3metre bedrooms, no in-room TV. Heating and cooling were good as was WiFi. Bedding and linen good, but bed rather small. Kitchen, lounge and bathroom all communal. It did the job and was good value for money. I would probably go again.

Lovely well set out house, my room was large with a walk in robe, large ensuite, comfortable bed. The front yard and back yard detracted from the appearance - overgrown grass, garden in need of regular attendance. If you are arriving late in the afternoon make sure you have food - I was by myself and didn’t feel comfortable going out after dark. There did not appear to be any shops nearby.
