We have a very comfortable stay in the house that we stayed in. It is very neat and tidy. It is accessible to transport and near the shop too. All the things we need are provided. We would love to rent this place again in case we come back for holiday.

The property itself felt like a second home and was comfortable with almost everything you need. Great outdoor seating area and a very spacious home. The heating and cooling systems were amazing with the changing weather in Melbourne. Mark was great with prompt communication. The location was great to get to the CBD, malls and freeway. I would highly recommend this home.

Central and Tranquil is the right description

Central and tranquil describes the property well. Sited in a cul-de-sac there was very little passing traffic. Parking off the road was also an advantage. It was also a suitably located place to stay as I was spending almost a week in hospital and my husband found it was an easy drive to the hospital in Fitzroy. The property itself was extremely clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. We found the beds comfortable and the facilities suitable. The TV and aircon easy to use and a couple of nearby parks were great for walking our little dog. There are nearby takeaways and restaurants and the major supermarkets are reasonably close. We would definitely stay there again.

City lights trip

We were delighted with this accommodation, so clean, fresh with lovely furniture and design. The beds were like sleeping in a cloud ☁. Area is quite and close to lots of restaurants, cafe's, shops 15min walk through Salmon reserve trail. The train station is an easy stroll 10min, which makes the City an easy destination. We had everything we could have wanted and more. Thank you Mark for all the quick response times to emails, and especially your kindness. All the very best, we will be back! An excellent place to stay

The location was perfect for our trip to Melbourne. Our host Mark property, was clean and there were numerous thoughtful touches, like milk in the fridge and coffee capsules in the pantry (made our son very happy). The house was immaculately clean and tidy. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.
